Sales

Sales' overarching purpose is to drive profitable high growth sales activities and outstanding customer service.

More concretely, Sales includes our Inside Sales Executives and Sales Development Representatives. With their razor-sharp sales focus, the teams are divided into smaller markets; e.g. Central USA HighEd, K-12 East, EMEA Sales, etc.

Sales Development Representatives is all about generating meetings and create opportunities for our Inside Sales Executives. This is where the process from prospect to closed won begins.

Inside Sales work diligently to expand to use of Labster through a SaaS sales model. The aim is to generate revenue through the direct engagement of Labster customers and prospective customers.  

The Sales team is mainly located in our Somerville, MA office.
