The Process

Below summarizes our default recruitment process. Please note that some recruitments may deviate.


We do not use motivational letters per default in our process as we trust your resume speaks for it self.

Phone Screen

To make sure your experience and competencies fit the specific role, we'll invite qualified candidates to a 30 minute phone call.  

Interview with Hiring Manager

Qualified candidates are passed forward for interviews with the hiring manager & team.  In those conversations, they will assess your knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics that are required to perform the role. 



The Case (if required)

Some recruitments will include a series of questions or case study.

The best way to understand your skills is to put them to work and the best way for you to understand Labster is to try out a task. 

Case Feedback

You will be meeting with the hiring manager and fellow team member(s). The agenda will include an in-depth chat about the role and also include case feedback.
