Annisa is the People Partner for the entire R&D organization (Content, Engineering, Product) as well as People Circle. She is responsible for the entire employee life cycle journey - from onboarding, talent development, engagement, and management, to offboarding. She is working closely with the R&D Leadership Team and Allie Windham as the People Partner for Revenue. She is reporting directly to Roxana Dobrescu as Labster's Chief People Officer.

We do so by developing fully interactive advanced lab simulations based on mathematical algorithms that support open-ended investigations. These are combined with gamification elements such as an immersive 3D universe, storytelling and a scoring system which stimulates students’ natural curiosity and highlights the connection between science and the real world.
Our main partners are HigherEd institutions and High Schools but we also support companies with their internal and external corporate training.
