I'm Ugo and I lead the Customer Support team. We're a little bit different from everyone else: our team is entirely remote and we're spread throughout the globe. For example, I'm Brazilian and I work out of São Paulo, Brazil!
Our team takes pride in supporting our clients with the highest level of service possible while working fast and smart. Our main platform is Intercom, where we engage in live chat conversations to solve our user's issues in real time.
I'd say that Labster is probably the best company I've worked at. Management is really transparent, both in my team and in general. We have a lot of say on decision-making and we understand where and why the company if focusing at. Our coworkers are mature enough to know when it's time to share that funny meme and when it's time to sit down and get stuff done!
