Labster is seeking an experienced global business systems lead to join our Boston Team!  This position will play critical role in supporting all departments at Labster.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of solutions in the Quote-to-Cash space and understand both upstream and downstream integration points
  • Provide guidance on solution designs and act as an escalation point for solution design decisions
  • Establish and enforce end to end solution and documentation standards
  • Ensure that solutions support long-term Labster goals while delivering maximum incremental short-term benefits
  • Ensure end to end solution integrity through process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions and process areas
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across sales, delivery, customer support, customer success, product and finance.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines
  • Proactively recommend improvements for internal IT processes
  • Design and implement process & system enhancements in Salesforce (HVS, dialer, salesforce inbox, sales cloud, service cloud), internal payment mapping tools, customer success software, Pardot, Intercom, SaaSOptics, Netsuite and all associated API’s. 
  • Working with engineers to design and implement the licensing and payment systems
  • Continually improve Labster’s use of Salesforce including automating processes, identifying areas for improvement and reducing technical debt, and enabling the commercial organization for hyper-growth
  • Implement business intelligence tools to deliver live up to date dashboards to management on company KPI’s
  • Manage relationships and contract negotiation with key software vendors

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • At least 8 years experience with Quote to Cash systems in a SaaS environment
  • Applied knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with professional experience managing the needs of various types of system users
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required
  • Highly skilled communicator (both tactical and strategic) within a worldwide team of engineers, developers and managers
  • Proven experience with proactively identifying and solving for business problems and system issues
  • Has proven experience managing large projects 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical expertise
  • Prior work experience implementing a customer success application is a plus (eg. Gainsight)
  • Prior experience with BI tools (eg. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to handle varying levels of uncertainty and ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
