The Organization

The Role

We're looking for a highly driven account-based marketer to join our growing marketing team. As an account-based marketing manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of ABM initiatives that drive awareness and engagement, generate new leads and revenue, and accelerate the sales cycle within key target accounts. Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute custom marketing strategies and campaigns to build awareness, engage key contacts at target prospects, generate conversions, and accelerate the sales process
  • Leverage intent and engagement data and industry best practices to optimize programs and plays for target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with campaign managers to determine audience to target, relevant content, and campaign tactics to deploy
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to help create messaging and content that engage accounts based on vertical, use case, persona, etc.
  • Monitor, track and report on engagement of assigned accounts and results across all programs and campaigns; make recommendations based on analysis of results.
  • Ensure timely deployment of marketing initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budget, timelines, and processes.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 4 years of marketing, ideally enterprise marketing experience, with at least two years focused on Account Based Marketing
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or other relevant discipline
  • Demonstrable track record of designing, executing and tracking high-impact account based marketing campaigns that deliver engagement, leads, opportunities and new business
  • Marketing automation experience, ideally with Salesforce
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools, such as Demandbase
  • Highly self-motivated, productive, results-oriented, positive can-do attitude, analytical, detail-oriented, organized with a sense of urgency
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, and develop and apply new approaches, programs and techniques.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to drive strategy, act on your feet and make critical decisions.
  • Creative and willing to A/B test ideas and tactics
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience marketing products and services to Higher Education market a plus
