What you’ll be doing

  • Support the business to meet their goals by ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, install and troubleshoot software agents, enhance system performance, and secure data.
  • Deliver invaluable technical assistance to your colleagues for seamless connection with diverse systems, with compatibility firmly in mind.
  • Apply upgrades and security patches to systems and equipment to ensure durability, minimizing downtime. 
  • Assess functional needs to regulate system purchase and manage hardware procurement and inventory.
  • Monitor daily system and computer performance for all team members, delivering first-class IT assistance, onsite and remote. 
  • Deliver training and guidance to team members on hardware functionality and software programs.
  • Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues and manage support requests efficiently. 
  • Reconfigure Windows-based computers, as well as MACs, for repurposing.
  • Lend a hand to testing and deployment of new applications and systems.

If you’ve got these skills, we’d love to hear from you 

  • You’re a desktop support savant with a 3+ years track record of helping 100+ end users, onsite and remote.
  • Your familiarity with Google Workspace leaves you wanting to learn more.
  • There is no computer hardware software, printers, Wi-Fi and peripherals too complex for your technical talent.
  • You’re a problem-solving pro, maximizing efficient use of technical resources.
  • You seek out opportunities, proactively determining IT needs and resolving technical issues before they escalate to firefighting levels. But you’re pretty good at firefighting too.
  • You take customer service to heart and understand that your technical support is critical to colleagues being able to fulfil their responsibilities.
  • You’re keen to learn the specifics of Labster and what we do, to deliver the ideas and best service to manage and maintain a positive hardware and software technologies equilibrium.
  • You have a knack for prioritising activities and projects.
  • You have a working knowledge of MACs, networking, IP addressing McAfee, Slack and TeamViewer
  • Your Danish and English are near-native
  • We appreciate you’re not applying for a translator role but German, French, or Spanish skills are a bonus.
