The Organization

We have replaced the conventional management hierarchy and organized ourselves using Holacracy.

Holacracy is a method of decentralized management and organizational governance, in which authority and decision-making are distributed throughout a holarchy of self-organizing teams rather than being vested in a management hierarchy. No more top-down management.

We are looking for an experienced, Spanish-speaking Product Marketer who can help Labster successfully expand into new markets in South America, Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. 

This role will collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, customer success, and other product marketers to create and execute go-to-market launch plans, develop product marketing collateral, manage internal and external communications, support the enablement of Latin American sales and Customer Success teams, become an expert on the market, and help drive our strategy in the region.


  • Author and maintain product marketing materials, including pitch decks, flyers, videos, support articles, descriptions and demos
  • Manage the communication and go-to-market plans around launching certain new features and products to the market, including updating key documentation in external and internal channels
  • Be a primary point of contact for sales reps and Customer Success Managers (new and existing) to answer questions about products and positioning
  • Execute on sales enablement sessions, creating training materials and leading demos that highlight new features and products
  • Become an expert on our market, users, and the overall customer experience 
  • Communicate key dates, updates to roadmap to sales and marketing teams
  • Execute market research and feedback-gathering activities including surveys, customer interviews, internal feedback capture, etc.
  • Drive creative marketing and PR campaigns that communicate the value of Labster’s groundbreaking virtual science labs


  • 2-3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, product management, customer education, or related roles
  • Native or fluent Spanish language skills (Portuguese a plus)
  • Excellent Communication Skills - you’re an articulate and concise communicator, especially in written form. You are comfortable translating complex technical information into clear guides and messages.
  • Strong Project and Stakeholder Management skills - you’re highly skilled at managing all details of complex product launches while effectively coordinating and communicating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Experience in, or knowledge of, the Latin American market is a big plus
  • Background in the higher education/K12 market, or publishing/EdTech, is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree; ideally in marketing, communications, the liberal arts, or another applicable field
  • A passion for education, and Labster’s mission to “empower the next generation of scientists to change the world” is a plus
  • Some scientific background or knowledge a plus, but not necessary
