The Organization

We have replaced the conventional management hierarchy and organized ourselves using Holacracy.

Holacracy is a method of decentralized management and organizational governance, in which authority and decision-making are distributed throughout a holarchy of self-organizing teams rather than being vested in a management hierarchy. No more top-down management.

The Role

Labster is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager in Boston, Massachusetts!  The Marketing Manager will contribute to the overall marketing strategy by executing campaigns to increase prospective customers and increase sales in the Latin American market. 

You Will

  • Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation and conversion goals to drive growth in target markets
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Own and execute the Latin American campaign calendar and provide accurate reporting to the marketing and sales team. 
  • Develop, implement and track marketing programs such as email, social media, webinars, conferences and events
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs 
  • Build and maintain lead nurture streams and sales cadences to engage prospects throughout the sales funnel
  • Own and execute event marketing plans

You Have

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing at a SaaS company
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience preferred with a start-up or scale-up tech or SaaS company  
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and content management systems 
  • Experience with Marketo, or a similar Marketing Automation Platform
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail 
  • Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills 
  • Must be comfortable working autonomously
