YOUR MISSION:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst that loves to dig into data, refine processes, and is adept at uncovering and synthesizing key insights in an understandable way. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact across the business and marketing organization by developing, piloting, and implementing scalable marketing measurements, analytics, and executive reporting regarding marketing’s contribution to the business.

YOU WILL:

  • Define key metrics to collect and analyze that will help us improve
  • Export, consolidate, and analyze data sets from multiple marketing/database platforms
  • Devise and maintain marketing dashboards, automated alerts, and reports on such key metrics and performance indicators to help identify issues, trends, and opportunities
  • Develop and implement best practices within the scope of digital measurement, reporting, and insights
  • Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly/EOY & ad hoc reports and dashboards to tell the story of a campaign performance effectively and efficiently
  • Present and share analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Help develop and promote a set of best practices for data integrity and analysis and ensure roles across the team are following these practices

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with web analytics
  • Expert with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
  • Experience with analytics tagging best practices using tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is preferred
  • Expert at building robust dashboards powered by multiple data sources
  • Experience with attribution modeling concepts, strategies, and tools such as Bizable
  • Experience and expertise with statistics strongly preferred
  • Expert with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very comfortable providing strategic, data-driven insights/presentations
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, unmatched attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, extract trends, and create recommended action plans from data analysis
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Self-starter who needs little to no guidance
