We are looking for an experienced Global Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager to help us streamline our internal communications and engage with our employees and our candidates in the most authentic and well articulated way.

You will design and enable the implementation of both Internal Communications and Employer Branding strategy aligned with our ambitious business goals.

As a key role in our organizational ecosystem, your work will be crucial to strengthen our employer of choice brand and ensure Labster's vision to deliver an astounding experience for our employees. You will develop global strategies and creative tactics so that we can continue to attract and retain top-notch talented colleagues.

  • Develop innovative internal communication strategies, clear narratives and clever tactics that are tailored to, and engage our employees and candidates
  • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums, platforms, channels and for all our international teams
  • Set up new tools and formats of internal communications like regular newsletters, podcasts or Intranet with a focus on communicating the company’s strategic growth program and enhancing the sense of belonging
  • Manage change, internal policy, labour relations, and issues and crisis communications to support day to day business needs
  • Manage the employer branding strategy and implementation (researching the talent market to find relevant audiences, setting up recruiting events, creating the tone of voice and content around our employee value proposition, communicating on all our social media channels)
  • Facilitate and encourage cross-functional collaboration as well as sharing of information, ideas, knowledge and expertise on all our communication channels
  • Plan and organize global events 
  • Act as an Enabler, focus on coaching and mentoring your team members, inspire them to continuously learn and grow


  • Proven work experience in a similar role (any scaling experience will definitely be a plus!)
  • Solid understanding of internal communication techniques and tools 
  • High cultural intelligence to accommodate our amazing diversity and create a distinct sense of belonging
  • Proven experience in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies as well as handling of different communications channels including digital formats and new technologies
  • Strong project management and event organization capabilities
  • Very good writing / editing / reviewing and storytelling skills
  • Multimedia experience (video, podcast) highly appreciated
  • Experience in the software / tech industry and tech savviness is a plus
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to function with strategic orientation and act tactically as required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity
