The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in growing Labster’s business and help empower the next generation of scientists to change the world. The focus of this position is in closely collaborating with the global sales team in being the subject matter expert in all things salesforce. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce
  • Identify and support ongoing projects to enhance Salesforce adoption and efficiency
  • Collaborate with  Sales  and other stakeholders to understand requirements, recommend simple solutions, and execute changes
  • Provide support to end users for our evolving tech stack: Salesforce, RingDNA, Chorus
  • Provide training and support to end users related to the  
  • Create SOPs for Sales processes and manage Requests
  • Support Sales operations with various projects, including assisting with data hygiene/clean-up as needed and helping automate processes related to sales initiatives
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain updated training documentation and Salesforce best practices, policies and procedures
  • Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of our Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and related applications.
  • Create and manage users; Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.
  • Create and update Reports and Dashboards for all business stakeholders.
  • Create and modify objects, fields, etc. as directed.
  • Manage onboarding process for SFDC.


  • Experience Supporting a sales team and interested in growing your career in Sales Operations
  • 6 months+ experience with in an administrative capacity
  • Prior experience working with end users
  • Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-oriented environment 
  • Previous experience in a Sales or Marketing operations or support role desired
  • Experience with Data Loader (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred or interested in becoming certified)
