Job Summary: 

Our exciting open platform for creators is a key part of our long-term growth and impact strategy to democratize the creation of immersive interactive 3D learning experiences. This platform will empower both teachers and students anywhere in the world to become creators and contribute to our massive open platform for 3D interactive learning.

This critical role will lead the initiative as the Product Manager, together with an existing outstanding team of engineers, product owners, content experts and 3D artists.

You will work closely with all areas of the business to define and refine the offering and go-to-market strategy, initially supporting our expansion and success with early adopters, before rolling out to and nurturing a global community of passionate EdTech creators. 

You will also work with and learn from other inspiring product managers/owners across several core products, along with the relevant market-facing departments.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Fulfill classic Product Manager responsibilities across the product offering and core products within including:
  • Support definition of product goals and strategy
  • Work closely with a team of Product Owners to define products and features to feed into the roadmap
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the global landscape for EdTech and 3D gaming creator tools (competitors, personas, trends)
  • Maintain a 1-3 year outlook for growth (including revenue targets) for the product
  • Advocate core product development and discovery principles across the business (eg. including the use of opportunity trees etc)
  • Guide and coach other Product Managers and Product Owners on relevant individual product strategies
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business, particularly sales, product marketing, customer success and market research resources to ensure product success
  • Support the development and maintenance of ancillary products (eg. curriculum supplements etc)
  • Scan for opportunities to innovate and differentiate our product offering from competitors
  • Represent the voice of the relevant decision making/influencing personas


  • 5+ years experience in a product capacity, ideally within education/publishing, edtech, or digital products in general
  • Scientific background a plus, but not necessary
  • Understanding and/or experience working across the lifecycle of a product (strategy, delivery, sunsetting)
  • A good grasp of product management and product discovery principals
  • Demonstrated experience building refining product-market fit and improving market penetration/share
  • Experience working with or within Agile teams a plus
  • Experience working with platform solutions and/or creator communities is a plus
  • Commercial acumen - ensuring the product development provides a return on investment
