Sr. Customer Success Manager - High School

As a Sr. Customer Success Manager, you join the account management function of the team, and will be responsible for the retention, expansion and product adoption of Labster’s high school clients.  You will develop long term relationships with key stakeholders, and create success plans for your clients aimed at maximizing Labster’s value within the classroom.  You are directly responsible for the lifetime value of your clients.

This is a Boston, Massachusetts based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and rapidly grow customer adoption among high school district accounts
  • Grow increased annual usage of Labster  among key districts in your portfolio of accounts
  • Build executive buy-in across all levels of a customer’s organization and chart an ambitious plan for success leading to contract renewal
  • Identify, surface, and mitigate risks to a customer’s success plan
  • Researches and responds to customer support issues 
  • Own and grow the relationship between Labster and our training partner to better educate clients on Labster best practices
  • Acts as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Labster’s internal support, product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Analyze data to showcase customer value and drive deeper product adoption
  • Is an awesome Labster ambassador!


  • Previous experience with a start-up or scale-up tech or SaaS company  
  • Must have 5+ years of customer success manager experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience 
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs with high proficiency in using CRM’s (Salesforce), MS Word, G-Suite, PowerPoint and other tools as needed.  
  • Self-starter, an entrepreneurial sale mindset 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player and puts the customer and team first 
  • Passionate about customer outcomes and value delivery during the customer lifecycle
