Position Overview
Labster is looking for an experienced recruiter to join the People Circle and partner closely with business partners to strategically source talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle. This person will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable candidates for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on go-to-market recruiting needs and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Own the job posting and advertising process
- Screen application and select qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews, and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Lead the interviewing process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and other key stakeholders
- Lead the negotiation and offer process with the candidate
- Draft employment contracts and assist in onboarding new team members
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation techniques
- Ability to create and implement highly effective sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining an eye for detail
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking systems
- Proficient with G-suite or similar software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years of related recruiting experience required
- A strong track record of positive recruiting experiences and outcomes for all parties
- A strong work ethic and aptitude & willingness to learn the nuances of the roles and business functions you’ll recruit for
