What you’ll be doing 

  • Closely collaborate with our cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and product owners to scale user growth of a high-impact product.
  • Inspire positive evolution of the product design and marketing website to enhance user experience and retention.
  • Conduct detailed user research, keenly understanding customer insights and data and clearly translate discoveries to user needs, behaviours, and mental models.
  • Effortlessly connect visual design, functional development, and content and facilitate internal team communication.
  • Design and create flows, site maps, wireframes, prototypes and UX requirements documentation.
  • Put our product through its paces, rigorously testing designs with users, to define constructive feedback and identify and troubleshoot UX challenges. 

If you’ve got these skills, we’d love to hear from you 

  • You’re a seasoned pro at planning and documenting interactive website projects.
  • Your designer’s eye enables you to translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes. 
  • You’re energised by client interaction and interact seamlessly with users to gather valuable feedback. 
  • You’re a can-do and will-do, proactive person, getting results with limited direction. 
  • Your impressive portfolio demonstrates your significant front-end web development experience.
  • You see the simple, yet powerful solutions, because you’re an analytical thinker. 
  • You’re fanatical about good code quality and software design.
  • Cultural diversity inspires you and you’ve worked hard to develop a deep understanding of cross-cultural product development.
  • Your English is first class. 
  • Bonus points for education technology product experience, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
