Labster is looking for a talented Project Officer to support the Content team. By taking this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments including our science experts, developers, Content QA, and 3D Artists who together create the next generation of 3D education solutions. Your main accountability in this role is to plan and coordinate project activities and help us improve existing processes, online reporting tools, and documentation. As a global company, your work focus will also be essential to help Content team members at Labster around the world get smoothly onboarded and collaborate efficiently while having fun.

Key responsibilities

  • Serving as primary contact for multiple departments and coordinating ongoing processes for the Content team
  • Coordinating small projects to facilitate and improve team processes
  • Coordinating (and ideally automating) resource planning of multiple departments and actively looking for ways to improve the process
  • Establishing and maintaining our documentation for simulation development 
  • Finding ways to implement new KPIs and maintaining metrics dashboards
  • Maintaining simulation release dashboards on JIRA
  • Providing administrative and travel support to remote team members
  • Facilitating training, guidance and orientation to new team members
  • Organizing remote team building activities for our Content team members spread across CPH, UK and Indonesia

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in business or related degree
  • Previous work experience as a Project Officer, Project Lead or Administrative Coordinator
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with little direction to meet established deadlines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with G-suite products, advanced use of Sheets/Excel & Jira
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate several activities in parallel 
  • Experience from a start-up environment 
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with Confluence or fast learner when it comes to new online tools is a huge plus
  • High proficiency in English
