The organization
We have replaced the conventional management hierarchy and organized ourselves using Holacracy.
Holacracy is a method of decentralized management and organizational governance, in which authority and decision-making are distributed throughout a holarchy of self-organizing teams rather than being vested in a management hierarchy. No more top-down management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global expense budget and forecast
- Serve as the finance business partner to all circles
- Analyze monthly financial and operational results, understanding the key variance drivers and providing actionable insights
- Support stakeholders with financial analysis to help aid strategic decision making
- Work independently across disciplines to understand key business drivers and update assumptions
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and/or Business, MBA preferred
- Excellent Excel skills. Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
- Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow-through
- Strong math, financial and analytical skills including ability to create financial models, and lead efforts to automate and build scalable financial processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work cross-functionally and as well as independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
- Experience working with multiple currencies and Fx transactions
